Default Guild Wars Stutter

Help!

Guild wars stutters or lags when I move my character, other peoples stutter too, when i first load the game the snow stutters help please?

My fps is 60+ and ping is fine on max settings

Was working fine before :s

New pc, a bit gutted

What are your tech specs, do you have the latest drivers for your video card.

Are you running other programs in the background?

Did you try reinstalling the game?

Did you make any changes to your computer hardware/software before the problem occured.

CSS is not working too, that's lagging

Confused ha :/

Reinstalled had no luck, updated drivers, registry and still no luck

Nothing else running

Must of done something to pc ha :|

Tech specs:
windows 7 64xp
Intel core i7 930
Ati hd5870 1gb
6gb mem

Just throwing this out there but I doubt it's the problem. Is your game running in a compatibility mode targeted for a different OS? I had this issue when I first installed Borderlands on my PC. It was set to run in compatibility for Windows 95 and caused the game to run laggy and stutter severely.

Right click on your gw.exe, go down to properties, click on the 'compatibility' tab and make sure 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' is unchecked. If this isn't the case then I have no idea what's causing your game to run like poop. :\

There unticked :/ bummed ha

Must be something with the Internet, downloading fine, just playing games online is choppy, gutted
